Missouri Smoke, LLC is Hiring a Production Line Worker Near Neosho, MO

Missouri Smoke, LLC is looking for highly motivated people to fill production packaging roles in our warehouse to help fulfill contracts and daily requirements every day. We are growing at a steady rate, and wish to invite others to join us!

This is an entry level position for interior warehouse work with the opportunity to advance. Training will be provided for all necessary tasks, no experience required, but experience is a plus!

We are seeking individuals to help grow our production business. The ideal candidate will have reliable transportation, be able to lift up to 25-50 pounds, and be able to work standing for up to 8 hours per day. Growth opportunities within the company may be available based on performance. Felons and Veterans highly encouraged to apply for this position!

This shift starts at 7:00 am and ends at 3:30 pm Monday through Friday

Duties will include:

  • Filling bags from a feed hopper with wood grilling products
  • Weighing filled bags
  • Packing boxes with wood grilling products
  • Processing bags through a bag sealer
  • Stacking and palletizing bags
  • Wrapping pallets with shrink wrap
  • Cleaning / sweeping of general area
  • Taking direction from Line Leads
  • Meeting production deadlines and metrics
  • Moving pallets to staging areas

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Neosho, MO 64850: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
